ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. As many House of Loula pieces are made to order, availability and production times may vary.

House of Loula reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in the event of an incorrect price, unavailable item, payment issue, or other exceptional circumstances. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

PRODUCTION TIME

Made-to-order pieces generally require 10–15 business days for production. During busy periods and seasonal demand, production may take up to approximately 4 weeks.

Pre-order pieces require a minimum of 25 days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Production time does not include delivery time.

SIZING & CUSTOMIZATION

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and length before placing an order. Please refer to our Size Guide before completing your purchase.

Any measurements or customization details provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.

Alterations requested after an order has been completed are subject to availability and a QAR 100 alteration fee, excluding any applicable delivery charges.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our made-to-order pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect length selection, or other customer selection errors.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from your confirmed order, please contact House of Loula within 24 hours of receiving your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery charges are calculated separately and may vary depending on the destination.

Estimated production or delivery dates are provided as guidance and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. House of Loula is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise stated.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or payment confirmation, where applicable.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE

We make every reasonable effort to display our pieces accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, or natural variations in fabrics and materials.

Minor variations in made-to-order pieces are not necessarily considered defects.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the House of Loula website, including the House of Loula name, logo, designs, photographs, graphics, text, and other creative material, belongs to House of Loula or is used with authorization.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

WEBSITE USE

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, House of Loula shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

House of Loula may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updated version will become effective once published on the website.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
