Returns & Refunds

Every House of Loula piece is carefully prepared and inspected before it leaves us. We kindly ask that you review your order details carefully before completing your purchase and inspect your piece once it arrives.

House of Loula does not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect size or length selected by the customer.

If a piece arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, damage, or differs from the confirmed order, House of Loula will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Alterations

Alterations are charged at QAR 100 per piece.

Alterations are subject to the design of the piece and whether the requested adjustment can be completed without affecting its original finish.

Any applicable collection, courier or delivery charges related to a requested alteration are separate from the alteration fee.

Once a piece has been altered according to the customer’s requested measurements, it cannot be returned or refunded for reasons relating to fit or measurement.

If an alteration or repair is required due to a verified House of Loula production error, the appropriate arrangements will be made accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Pieces

Please inspect your piece upon delivery.

Any visible damage, manufacturing defect or incorrect item should be reported to House of Loula within 24 hours of receiving the order.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the piece
  • Clear photographs showing the issue

The piece must remain unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags and packaging.

Once the issue has been reviewed, House of Loula will advise you of the appropriate next step.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for pieces that have been:

  • Worn or used
  • Washed or dry-cleaned
  • Altered by the customer or another tailor
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Ordered in an incorrect size or length
  • Returned without their original tags or packaging

Please note that slight differences in colour may occur due to photography, lighting and individual screen settings and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

This Returns & Refunds Policy is subject to the applicable laws and consumer protection requirements of the State of Qatar.
